Signum Surgical is a start-up firm from Galway, founded by Eoin Bambury. Signum is developing an implant which is designed to be easy to deliver, to prevent reinfection and to promote healing, in a colorectal condition called perianal fistula. The med-tech firm was successful in raising a total of €2.6m from a range of investments syndicates across Europe.
